Hollister Lowe was raised in New England and attended Wesleyan University. He began a career in men’s design apprenticing at Dunhill and later move to Ralph Lauren where his interests expanded to fashion photography. His photographs have appeared in magazines such as American Photo, Elle, L’Insense, The Face, Italia Vogue, Japanese Vogue and i-D.

His commercial work has included clients such as Ralph Lauren, St.John, Levis, Pepe Jeans London, Jones New York, Evan Picone, Fila and Tommy Hilfiger.

Hollister’s work is collected in private collections throughout the world in addition to the portrait commissions he receives. He is presently working on a book of Portraits as well as a photographic exhibition. His portraits are part of the permanent collection of the National Portrait Gallery, London.
